![]() Vegas Line: Browns + 4 Over/Under 40.5 The Cards have a 1-3 record losing the last game to the Niners and their only win coming against the Cowboys. Offensive coordinator Marc Trestman (he sucked when he was with the Browns) is on the hot seat right now, and some players are privately losing confidence -- or have already lost it -- in the play calling that consistently puts the Cardinals in a first-quarter hole. Jake Plummer is not the same Q.B. he used to be, but he has David Boston for a target. They'll try to use his height against DB McCutchen if they get that match up? They have been using both RB Michael Pittman, and Thomas Jones with not much sucess. When you have a bad owner you usually have a bad team! The Cards offensive-line isn't to good and their defense is riddle with injuries. But when you have a scrambling Q.B. it opens things up. The Browns defense just keeps getting better and better! Put pressure on Plummer and the secondary should be able to get some picks. Look for Percy Elsworth to have a big game. The Browns should be able to shut down their running game and should have Plummer third and long allot. Tim Couch has faced two tough defenses in a row and it affected him quite a bit. Palmer needs to settle him down this week in practice because the Cardinals defense isn't very good at the moment. Travis Prentice will get his first start and I think the Browns will try to establish a running game first and let Tim get into the flow of the game. The Cards will be blitzing allot trying to put some pressure on Couch and the Browns need to take advantage of it and hit some big plays. I think the Browns defense will dominate the Cardinals and the Browns offense is going have some fun for a change! Browns by 10 ! |

I thought the Browns should have won this game especially the way the first quarter started! But poor tackling and penalties kept them from doing so! I also thought there were a couple of very bad calls by the ref’s that helped out the Cardinals or killed Browns drives? It seemed like the Browns wanted to establish a run game and stuck with that plan a little to long? Turn Couch loose!
