![]() Vegas Line: Browns + 3 Over/Under 36 The Bengals won their first game last week against a good Denver team! How did they do that? Well it wasn't by passing, they only completed two passes and none after the first quarter. But they did rush for 407 yds. this was the bigest rushing game in 50 years from an NFL Team. Cory Dillion had 278 yd. and broke Walter Paytons rushing record for a single game by three yards! The Bengals will try to do the same thing to the Browns but look for some trick plays and more passing, esspecially to Warrick! The Browns defense played well in the lost to the Steelers last week.In the first meeting the Bengals scored 7 points against us. I expect our defense to shut down Dillion and keep this a very low scoring game. Doug Pederson started his first game against the 10th ranked Steeler defense. The total offense was a little over 100 yds! Pederson as a full week of practice to get ready for the Bengals. The question is will this help? He has experience going for him and a week to get on the same page with the WR, but if he looks anything like last week pull him at half-time and put Spergon Wynn into the frying pan. This game depends on how fast Pederson can pick up the offense? If he can the Browns should win. This should be a low scroring game that could go either way. If the Browns defense has to play forty minutes again I guess Dillion will come on strong at the end of the game. He had two long runs for TD's in the last five minutes last week. This is an even game with Pederson playing but I'll take the Browns by 3 ! |

The Browns are not going to win any games playing their third string Q.B. in the NFL. At least Akili Smith didn't pump his fist at the Dawgpound after the game because the Browns defense knocked the snot out of him-ha! Cory Dillion did get over a hundred yards but took a beating doing it.
